Well, not really. It's their job, but this aint one of those. This is a job that I finished today for Esquire. It's a portrait series of Moscow strippers. I got paid to shoot a self portrait of myself for Esquire Russia. The issue theme is the opposite of everything. So normally they have photographers (like me) shoot important or well known ordinary people (as oppose to models or celebrities) for the fashion section every month. since it's the opposite of everything, Esquire decided to have the photographers who have shot for them do self portrait fashion shots of themselves. Ta da. I'm a preppie in my friend Ksenya's apartment. That's her dog Romashka.

For those of you who somehow believe that global warming is not real, well...I beg to differ. Forget about politics and believe me I could care less about Al Gore or Bono. And I definitely could do without the Neo-Conservatives. But this is Moscow below. Normally it starts snowing at the end of October here and doesn't let up until say late April to mid-May. Well, since October, It has snowed only about 3-4 times. Sunday being one of those days, but as you can see on Monday...nothing. But what's even stranger is that you can still see green grass on the turf, that's because compared to last year, this year's 32 degrees fahrenheit is about 60-70 degrees warmer then last year at this time. It'd be one thing if it were only here, but when i was in New York, I was on the beach in Far Rockaway with temperatures in the 70's. You do the math.
